The Winter Night
Halku and his wife, Munni are rural farmers who find themselves crushed under the weight of poverty. Having lost their hard-earned money to repay a debt, they have also lost all the means to buy a blanket for the coming winter month. Halku is faced with the circumstance of sleeping out in his field with nothing to protect him from the harsh, biting cold. Having no choice and desperate for warmth, Halku and his dog set out on a cold winter night to guard the fields.
